Planned Maintenance is used to set maintenance schedules - rules that determine when a vehicle is due for service based on usage or time, so maintenance notifications can be surfaced before something breaks down.
Rules are configured from Assets > Planned Maintenance in Unity Warehouse IoT. Each rule has a name, a description, and one or more measure/criteria pairs that define what triggers it:

Duration — triggers after a set number of days since the last maintenance was performed

Motion — triggers after the vehicle has been in motion for a set amount of time since the last maintenance
A rule can combine multiple measures, and multiple rules can be added to cover different maintenance types on the same vehicle.
