- The Custom Date Range option allows you to define a specific start and end date, giving you the flexibility to report on any date range not covered by the standard report period options.
note "" Note: When scheduling a report using a custom date range, the schedule will always return data for that fixed date range rather than dynamically updating over time. This option is best suited for one-off or ad hoc reporting needs.
-
The Column Selector allows you to add or remove columns as needed, with the option to select all if required. The total number of selected columns is displayed at a glance. Default columns appear at the top of the list, followed by optional columns in alphabetical order.
-
Select specific Groups to include in your report, or leave the selection empty to include all groups. Use the sort option in the top right corner to organize the group list in your preferred order.
-
With Group Selection, choose how you want data grouped in your report from the four available options. One option must always be selected, with Vehicles or Operators selected by default.
-
You can narrow down your report data by selecting specific vehicles, operators, compliance shifts, or other report-specific criteria such as Severity. Filters help condense your results to show only the data most relevant to you. Available filter options vary depending on the report.
-
