Messaging - Manage Distribution Lists - Add a Distribution List

Follow the steps below to add a distribution list:

1. Log in to Unity Warehouse IoT
2. From the Navigation Panel at the top, click the Messaging module
3. Click the Distribution Lists button

4. Click the Add button

The Add Distribution List screen features a search sidebar on the left for finding and selecting existing lists.

5. Enter a name and description for the new list

The following sections allow you to manage distribution list members: Assigned Groups, Assigned Operators, and Assigned Vehicles. Any combination of these can be added as needed.

6. Click + Add on the right side of each section header to add members

In the window that opens, search or scroll to find groups, individuals, or vehicles.

7. Click the + symbol next to each item to add it to the list
8. When finished, click Done

Added members will appear in their respective categories on the main screen. To remove a member, click the caret icon in the Actions column for the desired member and select Remove, and click the Save button.
