Messaging - Manage Distribution Lists - Distribution List Detail Screen
Follow the steps below to access distribution lists:
- Log in to Unity Warehouse IoT
- From the Navigation Panel at the top, click the Messaging module
- Click the Distribution Lists button
- Click a distribution list's name to view its details
The Distribution List detail screen features a search sidebar on the left for finding and selecting existing lists. The main body contains the fields for creating a new distribution list, starting with the list name and description.
The following sections allow you to manage distribution list members: Assigned Groups, Assigned Operators, and Assigned Vehicles. Any combination of these categories can be added to a distribution list as needed.
The buttons in the bottom right allow you to manage the current distribution list — use Add to create a new record, Duplicate to copy the current list, or Edit to modify it. Click Go Back to return to the main Distribution List screen.
