Vehicles - Main Screen - Overview
The main body of the Vehicles list screen contains the list of vehicles along with several columns of summary data for each. To the left of the Vehicles list is a search and filter sidebar that is useful for narrowing down the list of assets displayed.
Vehicles are accessible from the Assets module of the Unity Warehouse IoT application.
Follow the steps below to access Vehicles:

Log in to Unity Warehouse IoT

From the Navigation Panel at the top, click the Assets module, and then select Vehicles

View the list of Assets along with the columns of data for each

Optionally type in the Search Text field to locate a desired asset

From the bottom right of the screen, you can choose how many assets are displayed at a time

The green buttons on the top right side of the screen are Actions that can be taken with vehicles that are selected with the checkboxes to the left of each vehicle name.

Actions that may be executed for individual assets are also accessible using the carat icon to the far right hand column for each asset record
Vehicles - Main Screen - Sorting
You can sort the list by any of the columns by simply clicking on the column headers up or down arrow. For example, if you want to sort by “Vac Number” in ascending order, click on the Vac Number column headers up arrow.
tip "" Ascending order arranges numbers or items from smallest to largest (increasing) by clicking the up arrow. Descending order arranges them from largest to smallest (decreasing) by clicking the down arrow.
Vehicles - Main Screen - Search and Filtering
Use the filter box on the left to narrow down your vehicle list. Enter text in the Search field, or apply one or more filters using the checkboxes and dropdowns. Within a single category, multiple selections use "or" logic; across different categories, selections are combined with "and" logic.
Vehicles - Main Screen - Select a Vehicle
To work with a vehicle, click the vehicle name to open its detail screen. You can also check the box next to one or more vehicle names to select them — selecting multiple vehicles will update the available action options on screen.
Vehicles - Main Screen - Add a Vehicle
To add a vehicle, click on the Add button from the Vehicles action menu.

Vehicles - Main Screen - Edit a Vehicle
There are several ways to edit the properties and settings for a vehicle.
Method 1 To edit a vehicle, click its name in the asset list to open its profile
From the asset profile, click the Edit button in the bottom right — the profile fields will become editable.
Method 2 To edit a vehicle, check the box next to a vehicle's name in the list and click the Edit button in the menu — the vehicle profile will open with all fields editable.
Method 3 You can also click the caret icon to the right of a vehicle in the list and select Edit from the dropdown menu.
Vehicles - Main Screen - Delete a Vehicle
There are two ways to select vehicles for deletion.
Method 1 To delete a vehicle, check the box next to the vehicle name (or multiple names), then click the Delete button.
A confirmation window will appear — click OK to confirm the deletion.
Method 2 You can click the caret icon to the right of a vehicle in the list and select Delete from the dropdown menu.
Vehicles - Main Screen - Duplicate a Vehicle
You can add a vehicle by duplicating the record of another.
Method 1 One way to duplicate a record is to first open the record of the vehicle that you want to duplicate by clicking on that asset’s name.
Method 2 You can also duplicate a vehicle by clicking on the arrow to the far right of the Vehicle List screen. When you click on the arrow, you’ll see options to Duplicate, Edit, or Delete. Click on Duplicate.

- The third way to duplicate a vehicle is to select the checkbox next to the asset name, then click the “Duplicate” button in the top right.
